- I thought I would squirm in here amongst you fine folks with my genre-challanged manuscript. I'm not sure if I'm an edgy writer, but I've found it quite difficult to stay within that barbwire fence. Oh well. I'm glad to be here and hope I can add something to the discussion. Blessings all.

BTW - the cabin background in your photo reminds me of the one in The Secret Window with Johnny Depp. He was a writer too, wasnt he?

Thanks very much, brother. My daughter (who's 12!) did most of the actual work, and she used just the basic Movie Maker software that comes with most PCs. Honestly, I'm a dunce about such stuff...I helped her pick out photos, write the text, but she put all the pieces together.
Keep me posted about yours, I'd love to grab a copy when it's available.

I don't spend much time directly in the music world these days (at least Nashville's Music Row version) but always willing to help answer biz questions, etc. I worked as a staff songwriter for years. Let me know if I can help....meanwhile, dust those babies off and start singin'!

Well, if you're like most folks who write songs, once it gets into your blood, you're pretty much toast. Shoot, I'd say pull 'em out, tweak 'em, do whatever is fun with them. What are your expectations? What genre?
