Thank you for your add. I am new to this social web ring so I may have clicked the wrong button to accept you as a friend.
We are about to put our house on market, my beloved finally getting a job after a non severance layoff this November. May God provide a way for both of us to move!

Hi, Tracy. Thanks for the friend request! I didn't know you were a photographer, but now the squrrel makes more sense: I thought you just liked squirrels. Enjoy your pix n pens site. I subscribe.

Thanks for the friendship request, Tracy. :) Is that a squirrel?

Anyway, I hear you on preferring to be behind the camera. I took an online digital photography class recently and I learned so much. One of the first assignments--and my least fave--was a self-portrait using my new tripod. That's the one you see here. I couldn't get my dog to cooperate. Oh well--it will have to do until I get a better one taken.

Hi Tracy,
Thank you for the invite. I took the liberty to go check out your pics..I love the one with the roof top. I usually am looking for sunshine , but that one has such a gray-day appeal. Just pulled me right in...good job!

Have a great day, whatever the weather,
Valerie Anne

About Me:
I'm a fulltime freelance writer, editor, photographer. My first book is sitting on a shelf waiting for a rewrite, my second book is with a publisher by request, my third book proposal is with an editor by request and will hopefully be completed within the next few weeks.

Until I have a decent picture made of myself (I like being BEHIND the camera, rather than in front of it!), I'll just share photos of my little buddies.

I am now taking assignments for freelance critiques. You can learn more about my services and rates on my website.

I'm having two contests on my Pix-N-Pens blog this week, and you could win a critique of your first chapter or of five chapters.

Pop over to Pix-N-Pens to learn how!

Well - it's not letting me add the links (even though I click the bar to allow it! :-) ) so go to http://www.pixnpens.com

Look forward to seeing you over there.

Blessings,
