I couple years ago I sent you a proposal for Surrender the Wind. You were very gracious to me and suggested I bring the word count down. You were right. I did a rewrite and got it down to 100,000 words. Barbara Scott with Abingdon has signed me for their new fiction line coming out next fall! One thing I learned is to listen to everything agents and publishers tell me. It made me a better writer.
