Bonnie Calhoun said… - Hi Ralph, interesting question. It's not the weather that moves the techtonic plates but the program that affects the weather. Do a Google search for HAARP...it is a real gov't program...that is supposed to be measuring the magnetosphere around the globe. LOL...you will find at least a 100,000 conspiracy sites that say the US is using it to control weather.
It's magnetic harmonics...LOL...the program affects the global magnetics to affect weather. I could spend an hour expounding on it, but I do it in real short order in the book! :-)
