- Serving a wonderful God! I will praise the Lord with all that is within me, I will seek Him with all heart!
God is very important to me! He is my source of strength and provides me peace beyond all measure through the trials of life. The storms of life weigh heavy at times, but God is ALWAYS faithful! I am by no means perfect, just forgiven. He has done so much for me so I strive to live each day giving Him praise and showing His love to others.
My world revolves around an 8 year old bundle of rambunctious energy. He is my life! He brings joy and sunshine to my days! As a single mom, I often wonder if we will survive until his teenage years. He is already giving me gray hair and he is only 8! :)
I have a condition called Fibromyalgia.
I am very close to my family. My friends, both those whom I have held dear for 22+ yrs and those I am just meeting now, play an important role in my life. There is NOTHING I would not do for a friend. It is a role I take seriously!
Called by God to be a social worker. Working to change the world one heart, one person at a time! Giving unconditional love, encouragement, and inspiring hope!
I grew up the daughter of a retired state trooper turned pastor. As a PK (preacher's kid), I have held a myriad of responsibilities within the church. My family is beginning our ministry at Clement Wesleyan Church in Altavista, Virginia.
Hopefully one day (if it is in God's will), I will have reached my dream of seeing one of my own works of fiction in print. I have several story ideas for romantic suspense down on paper. Now, I just have to find the time to pull all of my scattered thoughts together (not an easy feat for someone suffering from fibromyalgia and the dreaded "fibro fog" where your brain mixes up words and your memory recall goes blank).

New Social Network for Christian Authors and Readers
I created a new social network for christian authors and those who love to read their books. It was what I call a "God whispering" idea. I wanted to usite authors and readers.
