Hi, Kathy,
I noted your Pro-life stance with interest and agreement. Truly, the horror cannot be expressed in words ... but I tried when writing the intense Pro-life thriller "Burden of Faith." For a taste, see the blog post "'Burden of Faith' Released! Read chapter 1."
There's also a review link in the blog post "Burden of Faith receives important review..." (more reviews are coming)
Please note: Some readers have found it too intense.

My Friend,
May God shine his GLORY upon you. and through you, and brighten your day. Please take a moment now to give thanks for what you cherish most in your life. Recognize also, the other gifts he has bestowed upon you. Have a wonderful day.
Hello! My name is Kathy and I am a 41 year old stay at home wife & homeschooling mother.
I am a quirky, imperfect sinner who has been saved by the sacrifice of my Lord Jesus Christ..no better than anyone else, just forgiven.
I am married to my hero, and am blessed with three children, one beautiful daughter-in-love, two sweet kitties, and two fat, spoiled guinea pigs.
I was blessed to be raised in a big, close, rednecked family with the Appalachian mountainside as my back yard.
I attend Southland Christian Church in Lexington, Ky. and love being a part of such a big, generous group of people with loving, Godly leadership.
I am on the leadership team of a local homeschool co-op where I am the Fellowship Coordinator. Through homeschooling, I have met some of the best friends I've ever had, and I treasure them like family.
I love to write, though I am a better storyteller than writer. I get stuck in the middle ages for weeks at a time where, in my mind at least, all the romance exists. I also like to get on my soapbox and write about issues that are important to me.
Speaking of issues, I am avidly pro-life. I sometimes cry at the mere mention of abortion, and I really squall if I see a picture. The horror of abortion cannot even be expressed in words.
I am an anti-feminist. Yes, ANTI. I believe NOTHING good has come of feminism. Can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit? The Bible doesn't seem to think so and neither do I. The roots of feminism began in rebellion... against God and the family. Since then countless of people have been harmed by its influence. I believe God's plan for marriage and family is the only plan that truly works.
But I also believe that only God can change the hearts of humans, that it is not our job to judge others, but to love them. We are all sinners. It's just that some of us have been saved by God's grace. I am blessed to be in that category.
