About Me:
I'm the author of more than 30 novels and novellas. I am currently finishing a series of trade-length historicals with an edge for Barbour (set in 1830's Florida Keys). Book 1, BELOVED CASTAWAY, is in stores now, and book 2, BELOVED CAPTIVE, will debut in November. I'm currently writing book 3, BELOVED COUNTERFEIT, which will release in 2009.

Also in 2009, I will debut as the edgy historical author for Waterbrook with the first of my "All That Glitters" series set in 1880 Denver and Leadville (title TBA). The story follows the adventures of a New York heiress who follows in the footsteps of her favorite dime novel character to have one last fling in Colorado before settling down - or so she thinks!

In my "other life," I am the publicist for Books & Such Literary Agency.

Hi Kathleen!

How's the weekend? Did you have the book signing?

Hi Kathleen,
I used to live in Kingwood, not far from you. We then moved to Vail Colorado for ten years, not far from Leadville, where your series takes place, so many stories in those mountains.

Congratulations on your new series, and your wonderful writing success. I'm looking forward to reading "All That Glitters".

Hi Kathleen,

30 books. Whew. I don't know how some authors produce so many novels so fast. I've written four historicals and each took me two years. Congratulations on your success. It must be fantastic to be a publicists for Books & Such.

Welcome Kathy! I love your books. Especially Beloved Castaway, which I consider edgy for a Barbour novel. Good to see you here!
