Since reincarnation goes totally sideways to the Bible, you're going to have one tough time getting any CBA house to even consider it. But if you feel strongly about the subject, Writers Market contains houses that are open to New Age beliefs.

Don't know if you remember me from a discussion somewhere on this network, but I told ya I was gonna get one of your books, and I did. I just finished Until the Last Dog Dies . Now, I tend to read fantasy and thrillers, and mostly teen books cos that's what I write, but I have to say I really liked your book!

How are you, my lost lost twin? DIdn't know you were on this thang...glad to see our family was already represented. But what were you thinking? I've TOLD you repeatedly NOT to do the sacrificial chicken act!! It NEVER sells!! Not only that, your dry cleaning bills have been outrageous lately; you MUST get some therapy for this.
So...all this blog-thingie stuff is so new to me...but I'm trying to learn. What's going on with your work, O Bro?
