Cast a net for Jesus

To all God's Critters!
Jesus is a fisherman
He has a special net
If we cast ours out for Him today
The more fishes will He get

Hopefully, this poem will give someone the inspiration they need to search deeply for some peace and find it in their life. To realize that it has been there for you the whole time, but you just have not seen it. Stop and really look at God's wonders. Let his Glory shine through you and give you that peace. Seek and you shall find...

God's little apple tree

God's little apple tree

When you were young, I earthed you

I gave you a place to call home

You spread your branches and flourished

You were never alone

For a scarecrow stood there beside you

That I put there to keep birds away

He did his best to protect you

Until that sad certain day

The clouds began to gather

The winds began to blow

Your trunk split open, you broke away

Why you went down I don't know

As you lay there flat on the ground

For a year, you… Continue

"Jesus was a Fisherman"

“Jesus was a fisherman”

Jesus was a fisherman
He had a secret net
The more fishes that they needed
The more fishes he could get

He walked out on the water
He didn’t have no fishing pole
He could catch em on dry land
He didn’t need no fishing hole

Jesus, Jesus, Jesus…He heals all of the blind. He raises his people …from the dead
He don’t leave em behind
He says get up and go fishing…Stand up and walk today. We got lots of fish to catch
So letsdo it my way

Let’s all go fishing with Jesus
Lets… Continue

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, I have just posted some really fun and interesting interviews with Angela Hunt, Travis Thasher, and Matt Bronleewee. I have a few more coming up. I'm so excited!! The Lord is good for sure. Jim Robinson came to our store for a book signing and he also sang for us. It was totally fun.

Thanks for adding my link to your sights. I really appreciate that very much.

Blessings on your writing adventures friend.

Jay, thank you for the friend request from March. I had carple tunnel surgery on both wrists and wasn't writing much of anything from February through June. I'm pretty much back in the saddle now, so just now replying!
God Bless.
