About Me:

I'm a voracious reader who enjoys sharing good books with other readers. I do this by writing book reviews at Bibliophile's Retreat. Blogging is almost as much fun as reading although the blog tends to get away from me faster than the TBR piles at times.

On top of that I am a proofreader and copyeditor.

I love using my imagination and reading lets my mind roam free in a fantasy world for hours on end, if I'm lucky sometimes it will last even after I have read the entire book. I can travel anywhere any period in time and even to fictional worlds and cultures if I choose just by picking up the right books if the writing is good. No bloody massacres please. I like mostly girly books like romance and historicals but then blood has never been my thing. However keep things moving and the adventure lively if you truly want to hold my attention - there's so many books that sometimes I have to give up on the ones that lag too much for my taste.

This is one of my favorite books. It is the first in a series and will be rereleasing late this year in a second edition. The sequel is due to release in early '09. Check your nearest Barnes and Noble store or use the links on the author's website.
