The Dreaded Synopsis.

I'm working on a one-page synopsis today. Boy, are these things difficult. Trying to summarize a 60,000 word manuscript into 250 words and make that single page grab the reader into wanting to invest their time in the novel, is a challenge to say the least.

I found Gail Gaymer Martin's section on synopsis writing in her Writing the Christian Romance very helpful, but I'm still struggling with fine tuning my own. Hence this post, I'm procrastinating.
