Share 'Genesis Competition'

Hi all, I'm a newbie here and am looking for advice. ACFW is having the Genesis competition for unpublished authors and I'm thinking of sending in my MS. As you can guess, by my presence here, the story is edgy. It would be under suspense/mystery/thriller. Am I wasting my time and money in entering?
